Kefir orange smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

¼ cup frozen orange juice

¾ cup MO’s Kefir

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.

Serve chilled.

 

Spinach banana kefir smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

¾ cup MO’s Kefir

½ cup fresh spinach, washed and chopped

½ banana, sliced

3 ice cubes

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.

Serve chilled.

Date and flaxseed powder smoothie 

INGREDIENTS:

¾ cup MO’s Kefir

1 tablespoon flaxseed powder

3 dates, chopped

3 ice cubes

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.

Serve chilled.

SMOOTHIE BOWLS:

Almond fig smoothie bowl 

INGREDIENTS:

½ cup MO’s Kefir

½ banana, sliced

2 fresh figs, chopped

1 Tablespoons almonds

 

FOR GARNISH

1 fig, sliced

3 almonds, slivered

1 tablespoon fresh pomegranate

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.

Pour into your favourite bowl and top with ingredients for garnish.

Serve chilled.

Pistachio date smoothie bowl

INGREDIENTS:

½ cup MO’s Kefir

¼ cup pistachios, chopped

2 fresh dates, chopped

 

FOR GARNISH

1 date, sliced

4-5 pistachios

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.

Pour into your favourite bowl and top with ingredients for garnish.

Serve chilled.

Banana walnut chia smoothie bowl

INGREDIENTS:

½ cup MO’s Kefir

¼ cup walnuts, chopped

½ banana, sliced

1 tablespoon chia seeds, pre-soaked in water

 

FOR GARNISH

4-5 banana slices

4-5 walnuts, chopped

1 teaspoon chia seeds, pre-soaked in water

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.

Pour into your favourite bowl and top with ingredients for garnish.

Serve chilled.
